Atlantic Retail and The Dartmouth Company today announced a plan to join forces and operate under the Atlantic Retail umbrella. With an expanded team and geographic reach, the focus of the company will remain delivering a comprehensive suite of real estate advisory services to tenants, landlords, developers, and investors throughout the East Coast and Southern California.

In making this move, we bring together two firms with more than 50 combined years of experience, each with their own complementary areas of expertise, making the combined firm stronger and better-positioned than either firm would have been independently.

Dartmouth’s existing client base now gets the benefit of:

represent more than 200 retailers and 450 properties across 9 offices.
